Maximum request size is 8 MB. Combine drawings and photos into one ZIP or PDF when needed. Submit first and request a transfer link for large CAD files or videos.

This preference does not grant publication rights. SkyFire will request separate written approval before publishing identifiable project content.

Submitting does not guarantee selection. SkyFire aims to acknowledge complete applications within two business days.

Selection and availability

SkyFire may accept, defer, or decline any application. Selection considers technical feasibility, production relevance, available equipment, engineering capacity, safety, and commercial fit. A free review or test does not obligate either party to purchase or sell equipment or services.

Samples, safety, and shipping

Do not send a sample without written approval. The applicant must disclose coatings, residues, batteries, pressure, hazardous substances, controlled materials, and any handling risk. The applicant is responsible for freight, customs, duties, taxes, insurance, and return arrangements unless a written scope states otherwise.

Results and production qualification

A proof test is an application study, not a certified production qualification or performance guarantee. Results depend on the received samples, fit-up, material condition, fixture, equipment, inspection method, and the agreed test window. Production validation requires a separate approved scope.

Ownership and confidentiality

The applicant confirms they are authorized to share submitted files and samples. SkyFire uses them to evaluate the application and provide follow-up. Identifiable public case content requires separate approval. If a formal NDA is required, request it before sharing restricted information.
